Returns & Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on standard products purchased online. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in the same condition as when you received it
• Have all original tags and packaging
• Include proof of purchase or your order details

To request a return, please contact us at info@lovegrown-diamonds.com before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.

Bespoke & Custom-Made Products

Bespoke and custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bespoke products are made specifically to your individual requirements, including your chosen design, diamond, metal, size and other specifications. As these items are individually made for you and cannot ordinarily be resold, they are not eligible for our 14-day return policy.

If you have any questions about whether your order is considered bespoke or custom-made, please contact us before placing your order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@lovegrown-diamonds.com so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to bespoke and custom-made products, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery
• Items that are not returned in their original condition or packaging
• Sale or promotional items, where specifically stated at the time of purchase
• Gift cards
• Any other products specifically identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a standard product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The original item must meet the return conditions outlined above.

Bespoke and custom-made products cannot be exchanged, as they are made specifically to your requirements.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For eligible standard products shipped to the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

This statutory right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, including eligible bespoke or custom-made products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process the refund after the return has been approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
